2 Photoshoot Day

On your special day, arrive at the studio at your appointed time. If professional hair and makeup is part of your session, you’ll be pampered by our talented artist before we finalize your wardrobe selection. Choose from our curated collection of studio outfits. Don't worry if it's your first session - our goal is to make you feel comfortable, beautiful, confident, and empowered. You'll receive guidance on posing for stunning shots.

3 Viewing & Ordering

After your session, if time allows, we can sit down together in the studio to review your images and choose your favorites for professional retouching, and explore beautiful wall art options for your home. If you prefer, you can make your selections later from your private online gallery at home. Once you’ve made your selections, my professional retoucher will begin hand-editing your images.

4 Delivering your final products

Your carefully retouched images will be ready for you to enjoy. With your private online gallery, you'll be able to download your digital images and share them with loved ones. Your artwork will be delivered and displayed in your home, creating cherished memories for your family to enjoy for years to come. Finally, you'll have the chance to hold your prints and experience the beauty firsthand.

1. when to book your maternity session

26 TO 34 WEEKS PREGNANT

Here’s why this window works best:

Your baby bump is clearly round and beautifully defined
Most moms still feel comfortable moving and posing
Swelling is usually less pronounced than in the final weeks
Energy levels are generally more stable

By 36+ weeks, many moms feel more fatigued, and there’s always the possibility of early delivery. Booking within the 28–34 week window gives you the perfect balance of glow and comfort.

If you want a seamless, relaxed experience, booking early ensures everything is thoughtfully designed around you.

2. Do you provide raw images?

No. I do not provide RAW files, but you'll receive a private online gallery featuring the best images from your session. From there, you'll select your favorite photographs for professional retouching. All images in your online gallery are available to download in high-resolution JPEG format.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

To reserve your session, a $150 non-refundable retainer is required. Your retainer secures your date and is applied toward your session fee.

Life happens! If you need to reschedule, you’re welcome to do so one time at no additional charge as long as I receive at least 48 hours’ notice. Any additional rescheduling will require a new $150 retainer.

Please note that retainers are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

4. Do you offer prints, or albums?

Yes! Fine art prints, framed artwork, and heirloom albums are available as optional add-ons and can be ordered after you’ve received your final gallery.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes! I work with a talented videographer who creates beautiful cinematic highlight films that perfectly complement your portrait session. You can add a highlight film to any package.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely. Every session is tailored to you. If you have inspiration images or specific ideas, I’d love to see them. I’ll also guide you every step of the way to create portraits that feel natural and flattering.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes! Signature and Exclusive sessions include an in-studio consultation and wardrobe fitting before your session, so we can plan every detail and choose the perfect looks together.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Your final edited images will be delivered within three weeks after you select your favorites from your online gallery.
